Each 'Beast' is hand-assembled and stress-tested for 24 hours. Typically, your build will be ready for shipment within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping times vary by location but usually take 3 to 5 business days via insured ground transport.
What kind of warranty comes with a Dan's Custom build?
Every PC we build comes with a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also honor all individual manufacturer warranties on high-end components like GPUs and CPUs.
Can I request specific components that aren't listed on the site?
Absolutely! We love unique builds. If you have a specific motherboard, case, or cooling loop in mind, use our 'Custom Quote' form and Dan will personally reach out to source the parts for you.
Do you provide technical support if I run into issues after setup?
Yes, we offer lifetime technical support for the original owner. Whether it is a driver update or a hardware question, our team is available via email and live chat to keep your rig running at peak performance.
What is your return policy for custom-built computers?
Because each machine is custom-built to order, we charge a 15% restocking fee for returns within 14 days of delivery. However, if your system arrives DOA or with shipping damage, we will provide a prepaid label and fix or replace it at no cost to you.
Do the PCs come with an operating system installed?
Yes, all our gaming beasts come with a clean installation of Windows 11 Pro, fully updated with all necessary drivers and zero bloatware, so you are ready to game the moment you plug it in.
