Return Process

  Contact our technical support team via the portal with your order number and a brief description of the hardware issue or reason for return.

  Technical Assessment

  Our lead engineers will review your request and, if necessary, provide a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack your gaming beast in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to ensure the components remain secure during transit.

  Inspection and Resolution

  Once received, our bench technicians will inspect the system; approved returns are processed for a full refund or hardware upgrade within 5-7 business days.
